    Aeneid 2 tells the stolen Palladium as the luck of Troy. Roman epic’s Trojan image, not Athena’s aegis and not every later palladium-slogan.

  • Palladion is sacred to Minerva.

    Virgil’s Aeneid treats the Palladium as Pallas/Minerva’s luck-image of Troy. A named statue of that goddess in the Roman epic, not Athena as a flatten of the same row, and not the aegis.
