Izanami appears in Shinto.
The Kojiki has Izanami form the islands with Izanagi, die after bearing the fire kami, and rule as the great kami of Yomi who vows daily deaths. A named creatress and underworld sovereign in that compilation, not Hel under one id and not Izanagi alone.

Yomi is sacred to Izanami.
The Kojiki has Izanami rule as the great kami of Yomi after her death and the underworld rupture. Yomi as realm dedicated to that sovereign, not Hel’s Norse dead-realm and not a generic underworld slogan.
