King of Pentacles
King of Pentacles is a face for The Work’s Cards map — not a map word. In a card-only vessel it can sit in a compositional reading.
description
Earth: body, craft, what lasts in matter. As a court face it tends to name who acts in the suit in a card-only meeting — agency inside that weather.
When the face is open: Exterior mastery of Earth: stewardship, wealth as government of matter.
When the face is turned: Stewardship is greed, or the chair of craft is empty.
Alone it is the matter. With a second face it may be the matter or what the matter meets. With a third it may sit as field, crossing, or counsel. The seats are closed fragments — impersonal juxtaposition, not a forecast.
Earth: body, craft, what lasts in matter Taurus · Venus It does not unlock a Manifestation. Mixed with map materials it stays apart from the word map.
Place faces in The Work to see how they sit together. A return is another meeting, not a collection.
