Knight of Cups
Knight of Cups is a face for The Work’s Cards map — not a map word. In a card-only vessel it can sit in a compositional reading.
description
Water: feeling, bond, what is held between people. As a court face it tends to name who acts in the suit in a card-only meeting — agency inside that weather.
When the face is open: Pursuit of Water — an offering carried, a quest of the heart.
When the face is turned: The offering is moodiness, delay, or a quest without ground.
Alone it is the matter. With a second face it may be the matter or what the matter meets. With a third it may sit as field, crossing, or counsel. The seats are closed fragments — impersonal juxtaposition, not a forecast.
Water: feeling, bond, what is held between people Cancer · Moon It does not unlock a Manifestation. Mixed with map materials it stays apart from the word map.
Place faces in The Work to see how they sit together. A return is another meeting, not a collection.
