Crystal + Glow

Refraction is an emergent relationship within SHOE.BLUE: what becomes readable when Crystal and Glow meet.

A Glow is light leaving a source. A Crystal is matter ordered enough to delay that leaving, to bend a path, to split a white into a fan the eye can name. The lamp did not know it had colors. The lattice did not mean to teach. The teaching happens in the turn.

Refraction is that turn. Light and Stone take the card; Water is the cousin physics in a different body. The pairing is not jewelry. It is the hidden edge of a beam becoming public because something slow and regular stood in the way.

The Work is a way to sit with a relationship once it has become readable.
