Combust
Combust is an emergent relationship within SHOE.BLUE: what becomes readable when Flame and Oxygen meet.
Flame is the reaction you can see: gas still oxidizing, a tongue of heat and light. Oxygen is the fraction of air the reaction spends. Kindling is spark × hearth: the instant against the room. This pair is the chemistry the hearth was keeping, not the place that kept it.
Combust is reactant against appearance. Fire and Air take the split. The pairing is not a synonym of Flame. It is why a flame is not a lamp without a gas.
The meeting
The oxidizer meeting the visible reaction.
The Work is a way to sit with a relationship once it has become readable.
