Hellenic religion

  • Hephaestus appears in Hellenic religion.

Herodotus seats Hephaestus among Greek craft-god speech and the Memphis temple he identifies with Egyptian Ptah without minting a Ptah entity here. A named hephaestus in that traveler’s speech, not Vulcan as a Roman flatten and not an unminted Ptah identity row.
