Melt

Melt is a crossing: Ice or a Glacier becoming water, Ore giving up metal, a lattice that can no longer hold. Steam is the later crossing, liquid to gas. Flame can be the heat that starts it.

Melt is not a type. It feeds Heat first, then Threshold. Freeze is already Ice; vapor is already Steam. This page is the thaw and the smelt.
