Hearth + Spark

Kindling is an emergent relationship within SHOE.BLUE: what becomes readable when Hearth and Spark meet.

A Spark is ignition as a moment: charge leaping a gap, or a grain of fire thrown from friction. A Hearth is ignition as a place: fuel, air, heat, and the older use of transformation without the wildness of a burn. One cannot stay. The other is the staying.

Kindling is the hitch between the instant and the room. Fire and Origin take the split; Electricity is the small jump; Human is why a place was kept. The pairing is not domesticity as comfort. It is how a brief permission becomes a tended one, and how a tended fire still begins as something that almost was not.

The Work is a way to sit with a relationship once it has become readable.
